Azerbaijan Supermarket LLC is going to offer our customers a new experience by providing them with an opportunity to enjoy shopping at our Hypermarkets, while their children are having fun at our full of joy “OYNA” Kids Club.

The “OYNA” Kids Club is planning to open  in 20th January Hypermarket. 

We are looking for cheerful, caring, active people who understand how to communicate effectively with children in a variety of situations.

The “Bravo” Kids Clubs are planned to be arranged in 2 Hypermarkets: 20th January and upcoming new store near to National Gymnastic Arena.

Job Title: Kids Club Supervisor

Summary and Purpose of Role: Plans organize and directs comprehensive recreation programs for children. The position oversees a friendly, safety – focused and welcoming environment for children.

Job Role Responsibilities: 

 Ensure the smooth running of the Kids Club
 Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
 Meet with the Manager and Administrator on a regular basis to deploy staff where necessary
 Liaise directly with parents of the children who will be attending the club
 Ensure all on site health and safety policies, procedures and risk assessments are in place, operational and updated as necessary
 Plan and develop a fun, exciting, action packed programmer of activities
 Be proactive and imaginative
 Cover cashier/attendants when needed
 Lead, motivate and develop other kids club employees
 Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain an excellent standard of customer service
 Develop positive working relationships with all departments
 Ensure the kids club premises and equipment are clean at all times
 Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties, within reason, as requested by manager

Position Qualification Knowledge

• High School Diploma required
• 2 years of child care experience is desirable
• Ability to frequently ascend climbing wall structure
• Company policies and procedures pertaining to position
• Principles of baby-sitting
• Ability to use discretion and work independently
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Business acumen
• Strong analytical skills

• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Well organized with excellent time
