Sales Specialist
Location: BAKU
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Development of existent and new business opportunities for all product lines, by responding to the needs of potential customers and converting into sales orders
• Responsible for planning, coordination and carrying out marketing and sales activities of products and services primarily in Azerbaijan
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets in Azerbaijan or other areas, as requested by management
• Regular client interface and communication
• Power point presentations to customers
• Maintaining strong business relationships with existing customers or new customers
• Providing technical support and good level of communication with customers and internal staff
• Meet internal and external deadlines
• Understanding our customers buying patterns, providing reactive and proactive customer support
• Evaluating and improving sales processes in line with customer buying processes
• Regular sales and operational reports to management, keeping management informed of market needs and changes
• Monitoring customer issues, feedback, deadlines and deliverables and ensure customer issues are handled effectively and quickly
• Providing customers with sales quotations or tenders as per the enquiry, in assistance with the inside sales team, maintain open communication and follow-up on each sales quotation or tender
• Travel as and when required
Requirements:
• Education: University degree;
• A minimum of 1-2 years related experience in industry;
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer;
• Language skills: Azerbaijani - native, English - upper-intermediate, Russian – Upper-intermediate;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be attentive to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
