Job brief

• We are looking for a competent Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company.
• A great asset for a Logistics Coordinator is their communication and negotiation skills. They are also well-versed in supply management principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
• Recruit and coordinate logistics staff of partner companies according to availability and requirements
• Place and supervise orders
• Issue transportation requests and send for approval to General Management based on provided information
• Prepare contracts with the Carriers
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, transport companies and etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• Check correctness and confirm accompanying shipping papers
• Provide Customs Manager with correct shipping documents
• Maintaining a database and records of completed orders
• Prepare documentation for payments with transport companies
• Monitor active payment status between suppliers, customers and transport companies
• Assist Quality Manager in compiling ISO documentation for Procurement and Logistics department
• To provide administrative support to the sales team

Requirements:

• Education:  University degree;
• A minimum of 1-2 years related experience in industry;
• Computer skills:  Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer;
• Language skills: Azerbaijani - native, English - upper-intermediate, Russian – Upper-intermediate;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be attentive to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: 400-600 AZN Net
