Position Title: Receptionist
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Reports To: HR Manager
Responsibilities:
• To ensure the office staff effective daily activities in a timely and appropriate way to show support;
• To receive sent letters by email, keep records and to hand over
• To know the daily and weekly work schedule;
• To show support to Logistics and Procurement Departments in order to purchase the necessary equipment as well as equipment maintenance and forward to repair for;
• To protect the confidentiality of files and registration documents;
• To support the development of reports, to ensure that copies is sent to the Executive Director;
• To arrange meetings;
• To prepare daily and additional materials for meeting;
• To prepare additional documents regarding to the meetings;
• To welcome guests, keep records and help them;
• To respond to phone calls and e-mails and forward;
• To answer to the survey about company via email or phone;
• To support Office staff in printer, copying and scan operations.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in Administrative field;
• Fluency in English and Russian languages;
• Intermediate level of MS Office, Outlook.
