Work schedule: 5-days 40 hours a week (from 09:00 to 18:00)
Salary: 700 AZN NET
Reports to: Head of Human Resources Department
Note: Medical insurance will be issued after probation period.

Job description:

Core Purpose of the Job:

Coordinate the processing and resolution of all HR Soft related issues, facilitate communication with the store employees, provide administrative (paper work) support for various HR unit activities.

Areas of Responsibility:

- Attendance and holidays system management, supporting payroll;
- HR Reports: staff data and matrix updates;
- Employee Relations Management.

Core functional activities:

•  Verify and validate all received HR related Employee Requests (e.g. Paid  and unpaid leaves, sick leaves, maternity leaves, extra days) are completed and in accordance with company Policy and Procedures in order to timely submit and ensure its timely processing, update and maintain HR soft based on the received information.
•  Maintain and input all data into the HR System and 1C databases as required ensuring that the information is timely and accurate.
•  Include data of any types of leaves and employees last payments, transfers of employees and terminations to 1C system;   
•  Making changes regarding employee transfers in internal HRS system; 
•  Prepare and send monthly staff updates to the stores, in order to control store staffs;
•  Fill sick leaves documents accordingly and prepare protocols in order to submit to State Social Fund for payments;
•  Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to Governmental entities;
•  Able to work with Governmental Electronic System;
•  Prepare recommendation and reference letters to staff members;
•  Fill labour books accordingly;
•  Able to work with compulsory insurance documentation;
•  Support HR team with different tasks/reports within the existing competencies; provide the cover to the other HR team members in case of their absence/holidays.
•  General filing and office duties.
•  Assume additional related assignment as per agreed with the management.

Essential:

•  Knowledge and understanding of HR and relevant employment legislation within country;
•  Ability to work in 1C system;
•  Knowledge of Labour Code and HR standards,;
•  Good business awareness;
•  Good communication and listening skills;
•  At least 2 year experience in HR Field;
•  Higher education;
•  Azerbaijan fluent, Russian and English intermediate/upper intermediate level.
