Job Title: Field Service Supervisor
Field Service Supervisor reports to Maintenance Delivery Manager and responsible for supervision of Fields Service Engineers and third Party Service providers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to the following:
- Accountable to deliver safe, reliable maintenance aligned with Company values.
- Accountable for the ongoing safety of their Field Service Engineers.
- Accountable for the performance of their Field Service Engineers.
- Accountable for the efficient execution of work by spending sufficient time Accountable for Risk Mitigation factors included in all Maintenance Permits to Work.
- Accountable for provision of Tool Box Talks.
- Accountable for the completion of the work execution schedule.
- Accountable for recording relevant work order information.
- Accountable for provision of required technical information for spare parts procurement.
- Responsible to ensure the staff executing work meets the minimum competency standards for the work.
- Responsible for continuous development of Field Service Engineers to support the company needs.
- Responsible to ensure that work is assigned to the correct crew member.
- Responsible for resolving and/or escalating systemic issues that prevent completing scheduled work.
- Responsible for planning and executing High Priority work.
- Responsible for looking ahead at the upcoming week’s schedule and ensuring proper resources are available to complete work as planned
- Responsible for ensuring that Field Service Engineers understand and strictly adhere to the company processes and standards.
- Responsible for creating a culture of reliability and continuous improvement.
- Responsible for building proper relationship with the platform management in order to achieve common goals
Education/Experience and Qualification:
- High school diploma in Mechanical, Automation or Maintenance Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the engineering field, preferably in a similar field.
- Expert knowledge of the rotating equipment (Gas Turbines, Gas Compressors) and its auxiliaries (Gears, Couplings and Guards, Lube Oil System, Gas Fuel System, Liquid Fuel System, Seal Gas System etc.).
- Ability to read technical drawings and schemes.
- Good working knowledge of CMMS tools (Maximo, SAP-PM).
- Experience in application of Root Cause Analysis Techniques (FMEA, FTA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagrams, etc.).
- Troubleshooting experience.
- Good analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work on own initiative, work to deadlines and also be a team player.
- An ability to work well under pressure.
- Time Management and leadership skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English languages.
- Advanced PC user.

- Offshore based position.
- Working schedule is rotation based 14/14.
