POSITION DETAILS
Title: Laboratory Analyst (for male candidates only)
Departments Operations
Position Type: 12 hours Shift Schedule
Location: Sumgait
JOB DUTIES
• Responsible for all type of required analysis of plant process needs;
• Perform laboratory tests including pre- and post-analytic phases;
• Prepare samples/specimens;
• Produce quality, accurate and reliable data and interpret results;
• Follow methodologies in carrying routine tasks;
• Research relevant topics and gather information/data;
• Adhere to correct procedures, policies and health/safety guidelines;
• Keep abreast of all industry developments and best practices;
• Document all activities, record results and insert/retrieve data;
• Maintain work area and equipment;
• Provide administrative assistance as needed;
• Basic maintenance of equipment including calibration and standardization;
• Handle used oils, diesel fuels solvents and acids;
• Follow SOP’s and exercise laboratory safety practices;
• Strong commitment to quality and integrity.
REQUIREMENTS
Functional
• Advanced experience on test equipment use.

• Good communication skills.
Education and experience
• University degree in Chemical Engineering;
• 2 years in working with industrial process analyzers in the petrochemical or refining industry;
• Languages: Azerbaijani and Intermediate level of English is must.
