Head of Sales Department
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to expand our sales force
Skills, competencies and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration
• 5+ years of sales experience
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• The ability to motivate and lead a team
• Initiative and enthusiasm
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, English, Russian languages
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
• Overseeing and managing activities and performance of the large sales team (retail, corporate, whole sales)
• Developing sales team through couching
• Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with them
• Serving as a business representative conferences, trade shows,expositions and networking events
• Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
• Maximising new business development opportunities
