Marketing Senior Associate

Position Summary:

The Marketing Senior Associate helps building campaigns and communication strategies in interactive media and direct marketing programs in order to increase visitors’ attendance. Develops pricing strategies to maximize KM Baku’s profit and monitors trends that help identify new offers and services.

Key accountabilities:

• Plan and follow up marketing and branding objectives, according to KM Headquarters guidelines and standards
• Responsible of the communication of the brand through advertising, public relations, special events, promotions and any other marketing action
• Participate in the elaboration of the Media Plan for each campaign and market characteristics and trends
• Prospect and administrate the advertising exchanges, established according to the corresponding contract with each supplier in terms of expenses, space, season and effectiveness
• Control and optimize marketing budget
• Develop pricing strategies for each KM season
• Measure the impact / cost of any promotion and advertising effort
• Coordinate and supervise that KM’s external communications are made accordingly to the concept and corporate standards (recordings, interviews, mentions, press releases, etc.)
• Monitor the presence of KM and its competitors in media
• Establish and keep relations with the different agents from whom KM Baku can attain benefits (government, private industry, non-governmental organizations, etc.)
• Give personal attention to renowned visitors (government, media, etc.)
• Oversee the implementation of the social media strategy by aligning actions to global guidelines on social networks
• Oversee the loyalty program strategy implementation
• Oversee social responsibility strategy and maintain constant communication with private, public organizations, NGO’s, etc.
• Keep control of the number of free events and pro-bono tickets by year
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies and communication efforts, in order to optimize the flow and projected income
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
• Ensure brand messages are consistent across all media and promotional platforms
• Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of KM Baku
• Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics
• Drive overall CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and direct marketing
• Engage other organizations within the community
• Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities
• Elaborate regular reports concerning campaign efficiency, impact, reach and timeline

Required qualifications:

• 8 years of overall industry experience in Marketing, Campaign development or related business field. 
• Highly desirable experience in entertainment or kids’ products.
• Educational background in Marketing, Advertising
• Good command in English and Azerbaijani languages
