Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement strategic sales plan, as well as field sales plans in order to expand Company’s retail and corporate customer base
• Set sales targets and relevant key performance indicators and report on progress towards sales KPI’s
• Promote strong customer relationships with existing and new members 
• Manage recruitment, coaching and performance of the sales team to maximize their potential
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the senior management
• Conduct market research, analyze trends to identify emerging markets, market shifts, economic indicators and competition status, as well as propose new products and services
• Establish and modify services and products prices by monitoring changes in costs, competition, and supply and demand
• Collect member feedback to evaluate Company’s existing relationships with retail and corporate clients and suggest further action to meet their evolving needs
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
• Follow up on opportunities to generate sales
• Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and suggest new channels, if necessary
• Meet planned sales goals
• Promote Company and its services and products
• Ensure timely evaluations, review and reporting of performances, gaps and problems and raising awareness among management while offering solutions to mitigate any reputational, legal, compliance, as well as financial risks
• Ensure efficient and effective management of resources to achieve Company strategic and service priorities within agreed resources
• Report to Company President and Director of Strategy and Mobility

Requirements:

• Bachelors /Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Skills: Communication, Presentation, Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiations, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing, Motivation, Leadership, Analytical, Decision-making
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English

Salary: 1500 AZN Net
