Public Relations and Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead Company’s Communication strategy including PR & Marketing Plans to promote of Company, its activities, services and products among general public, its members and partners
• Establish and maintain relationships with media
• Lead and manage all public relations initiatives and events, including press conferences, interviews, photo shoots and tours
• Write press releases, news stories for local media and international partners
• Monitor media stories on Company and maximize opportunities for positive PR and play down any negative PR
• Serve as Company spokesperson to the media and the general public
• Coordinate development and production of print materials
• Manage Company website and social media channels, including content development and updates
• Plan, manage and promote strong customer relationships with existing and new members
• Manage recruitment, coaching and performance of the marketing team, as well as outsourced partners for marketing services
• Conduct market research, analyze trends to identify emerging markets, market shifts, economic indicators and competition status, as well as propose new products and services
• Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities
• Coordinate new product development with other departments (e.g. sales, operations team etc.)
• Establish and modify services and products prices by monitoring changes in costs, competition, and supply and demand
• Collect member feedback to evaluate Company’s existing relationships with retail and corporate clients and suggest further action to meet their evolving needs
• Continually assess current communication channels, develop and evaluate their performance and suggest new channels, if necessary
• Ensure timely evaluations, review and reporting of performances, gaps and problems and raising awareness among management while offering solutions to mitigate any reputational, legal, compliance, as well as financial risks
• Prepare relevant reports for the senior management
• Plan and oversee the annual communications budget and ensure its efficient use
• Ensure efficient and effective management of resources to achieve Company strategic and service priorities
• Protect Company’s value by keeping information confidential
• Undertake other duties as assigned
• Report to Company President and Director of Strategy and Mobility
Requirements:
• Bachelors /Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Experience in planning and implementing and PR and Marketing strategies
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English
Salary: 1500 AZN Net
