Marketing Specialist
Summary
This position will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns and projects. You should be experienced in supporting sales teams and have a solid understanding of how to drive new leads to our client’s sales teams.
Responsibilities:
• Supervising functions such as Marketing, campaigns, communications, website, events, social media, and trade shows
• Create, develop, and implement Marketing programs and campaigns to deliver measurable results and positively impact sales
• Manage ad strategy for company online presence
• Oversee the design, editing, and assembly of company product catalogs for direct sales and distribution marketing

• Defining, quantifying, and enhancing distinctive value propositions; and commercializing new products/service.
• Highly adaptable, energized by rapid change and ambiguity.
• Strategic, innovative, critical thinker with the ability to plan and align work at a tactical level.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, presentation, and risk assessment skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate across multiple business divisions and functional areas (Marketing Research, Sales, Corporate Communications).
• Ability to understand and thrive in a highly complex business model where multiple sources of revenue and profitability combine to create a sustainable, competitive advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business Management or Marketing; MBA desired
• Minimum 3 Years of Marketing-related experience required
• Excellent communication and outstanding customer-relations skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative and constructive thinking a must
• Effective time management, planning, and oraganization essential
