Digital Classifieds OU is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to administer our social media accounts for Azerbaijan location. The candidate will be responsible for creating original text, photo and video content, managing posts and responding to followers, manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals in cooperation with marketing team. In addition, we expect the candidate to be up-to-date with the latest social media trends, handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
Requirements and conditions are the following:
Requirements:
• Creating social media strategy
• Plan and manage social media campaigns on day to day activities
• Writing, blogging and proofreading ability
• Experience with social advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Experience of managing website content
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Set specific objectives and report
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Skills:
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager for 1-2 years
• Creativity
• Experience in content management is preferable
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Team work ability in cooperation with other team members and departments
• Good knowledge of Coral Draw and Adobe Illustrator
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian, intermediate level for English is required
