Experience – at least 2-3 years in S&M Department

Candidate requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages is a must

Main responsibilities:

As S&M Executive, will be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Formulation of sales objectives in the event area
• Preparation of an activity plan
• Build-up and maintenance of a guest & corporate file, maintenance of the existing established clientele in the appropriate software programs and build-up of customer relations
• Responsibility for the entertainment program
• Conducting sales discussions
• Preparation and dispatch of information and brochure material
• Acquisition of firms, institutions, etc.
• Preparation and management of correspondence
• Offer preparation and contractual conclusions
• Acceptance of inquiries for events per telephone, fax, e-mail, etc. and orderly processing
• Discussing procedures with the service manager
• Forwarding the event-relevant information to the respective departments
• Checking the premises and the food & beverage offer in the run-up to the event
• Welcoming the guests and presence during the event
• Timely event billing
• Personnel/personnel management in this area
• Formulation of sales objectives in the event area

• Welcoming the guests and presence during the event
• Timely event billing in coordination with Finance
• Personnel management in the event area
• Be the point person on creative direction by overseeing continuity of visuals, defining brand styles, ensuring quality in printed materials and appropriate use of Paulaner brand assets in all contexts.
• Act as the primary spokesperson for the brand by overseeing the company tone, and developing effective PR plans. Influence how Paulaner’s customers perceive the brewery by integrating Paulaner’s beers and stories into engaging, informative and memorable content within the web, social media, email marketing, video and interactive promotions.
• Create marketing plans and initiatives Paulaner brands that engage customers, resulting in increased brand loyalty, and attainment of sales goals.
• Responsible for leading relationships with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, illustrators, printers, marketing vendors, PR agencies, media, and industry associations.
• Develop and implement marketing budgets and ensure it is effectively utilized within budget parameters
