Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct construction process from conception of completion;
• Meet contractual conditions from quality, progress and delivery view;
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging ones;
• Create schedules for construction team and ensure manpower requirements;
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed on all job sites;
• To control and follow up the preparation of the project documents;
• Supervise and direct all site crew to archive targets;
• Maintain on site constant communication with clients;
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in similar position (+3 years);
• Good analytical and management skills;
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools i.e. Excel and AutoCAD;
• Both written and verbal communication in English;
• Ability to take decisions and work against deadlines.
