Position:  Outlets Manager

Reports to:  Food & Beverage Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Outlets Manager will oversee the strategy and day to day operation of the Food & Beverage Outlets. Outlets Manager will actively participate as a consultant and be heavily involved in developing and implementing Food & Beverage programs in accordance with established Company policies, practices and procedures.

• Ensure that consistent professional, friendly and engaging service is offered in all Outlets
• Monitor all guest service standards, constantly seeking ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profits
• Handle all Guest complaints, ensure follow up and use them as a learning opportunity
• Assist in the day to day operations of all Food & Beverage Outlets ensuring all service standards are followed
• Develops, implements and monitors action plans to improve all key pillars (EES; JD POWER, GOP) in their area of control
• Ensure monthly communication meetings and performance reviews are conducted in each of the Outlets
• Perform daily walk through of areas to ensure maintenance issues, resource support, cleanliness are in place and the areas are set up for success
• Execute the delivery of all Food & Beverage promotions and new menus, creating a destination of choice for both hotel and external guests
• Analyze, control and monitor all payroll costs in all Food& Beverage Outlets
• Monitor control of food, beverage and operating expenses throughout the Food & Beverage Outlets
• Select, train and develop Colleagues to ensure timely recruitment and career growth
• Mentor the Food & Beverage Supervisors, Assistant Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Managers to ensure continual development of their leadership skills
• Perform Annual Performance Reviews for the leadership of Outlets and set annual goals and development plans
• Ensure monthly training calendars are in place to promote the training and development of Food and Beverage staff in order to increase efficiency and service standards
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety policies 
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous Food & Beverage experience in a senior leadership role required
• Pre-opening experience is an asset
• Ability to communicate in English and Azeri, Turkish and/or Russian is an asset
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
• University/College degree in a related discipline required
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
