Role synopsis

Azerinteltek CJSC is now looking for Accounting Trainee to give support to the Accounting Division in area such as filing documents, keeping them in order and entering data to ERP system. Interested candidates, meeting the below selection criteria, are requested to send their resume to [email protected] by indicating “Accounting Trainee” in the subject of the letter. Applications submitted not in line with above requirements will not be considered.

Key accountabilities

 Prepare work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording accounting and finance data, information, and documents

 Maintain accounting records by making copies, filing documents

 Keep accounting files and hard copies in order

 Reconcile bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger

 Maintain accounting databases by entering data to ERP system

 Receive necessary documents (invoices and other legal documents) of lottery sales, check and make records in excel

 Performs day to day Accounts Payable activities which may include vendor setup, invoicing, and payment support
Requirements

 Graduates of 2017 or who will graduate in 2018 from Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field of study (Business Administration, Economics or Finance)

 Knowledge of MS Word, Excel
