QA/QC Manager
Baku city
Work schedule: 5 days a week
Salary: Determined after the interview
Mission:
Promoting Successful business in the Industrial Department.
Coordinating and managing all projects relating to the Industrial Department.
General Requirements:
• High Technical Education (BS, MS Degree)
• 5-10 years of experience in Industry construction and civil construction
• QA/QC requirements
• Work experience and familiarity with ASME, APİ, ASTM, ACI, ASHTO,BS EN, СниП, and requirements of other international norms and standards
• Experience in Project Development and Team Management
• Understanding and experience in the finance and cost control questions.
• Knowledge and experience in reporting and reporting development.
• Knowledge of National and International Standards (GOST, Snip, ASME, API etc.)
• Experience and People Management skills
• Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office + MS Project or other project/CRM programs will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
Maintaining the Project Quality Management System;
Quality Control in all segments in Industrial Department;
Ensuring that effective quality procedures, method statements, and inspection & test plans are produced, maintained and implemented on site;
Performing and reporting quality management system audits;
Carrying out supplier & subcontractor assessments;
Interaction with the Country Business / Business Development Managers in the course of project implementation;
Department and project team management, development, coaching and mentoring;
Proposals to streamline processes within responsibilities and inside implemented projects;
Supervise and coordinate work on sites and other objects of the Industrial Department;
Participation in drawing estimates, job costing and developing commercial offers;
To support the overall development of industrial function within SGS.
