IT Operations Manager
An operations manager is a senior ICT role which involves overseeing the IT production and provision of services.
It’s an operations manager's job to control:
• Supplier Management (controlling vendors and contractors)
• 2nd line support (Service Desk)
• Changes
• Escalations
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Setting and reviewing budget
• All ongoing IT projects
• IT workflow and documentation consistency
• Continual Service Improvement
• Processes, services, procedures, policies, assets
• Additional ICT challenges when arisen
The following capabilities are a significant plus:
• ITIL
• Strong dedication for optimal use of resource capacity
• Client oriented approach to all processes
• Strong work ethic, high responsibility, excellent communication and organizational skills
• Solve problems and conflicts
• Work under pressure, within tight deadlines
• Both corporate and field experience
• Accustomed to work in multicultural environment
