Fair Group Construction LLC is seeking for experienced

TENDER SPECİALİST

Requirements:

• Daily screening of international and local tender notices;
• Identification of international and local tenders which are relevant to company’s field of activities;
• Analysis of tender requirements and prepare related reports to management;
• Acquisition of tender package and conduct proposal preparation accordingly;
• Representation of company in whole tender process;
• Regular correspondence with international companies, partners and clients and set up long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

• University Degree (Technical and Economic Field are preferred);
• At least 2 years of related experience;
• Fluent knowledge of English,Turkish;
• Tendering, Supplier & Customer negotiation experience;
• Knowledge of correspondence procedures on international level;
• Proven record of being a self-starter and able to work under limited supervision;
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
• Availability for business trips.
