Community Manager Assistant responsibilities include ensuring that all the services are delivered on time and completed. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience registering new customers and renewing existing memberships.

Responsibilities
• Registering new customers & renewing existing memberships
• Responding to customer requests
• Ensuring that all the customers are following the T&Cs of the space
• Ensuring that all the services are delivered on time and completed
• Carrying out Cash operations
• Managing the office facilities
• Maintaining the stock of the office supplies: ensuring that all the office supplies are supplied in time
• Ensuring that everything is accurate and reachable in the office
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Community Manager Assistant or similar role
• Familiarity with office management
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
• Proficient typing and editing skills
• Data organization skills
• Attention to detail
• BSc degree in relevant field
