Personal Assistant
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge Azerbaijan and English languages, Russian is preferable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Azerbaijani and English
- Excellent word processing and IT skills
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good organizational and time management skills
- The ability to research, digest, analyses and present material clearly and concisely
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Honesty and reliability
- Attention to detail
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues

Responsibilities:
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Arranging travel, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
- Fulfilling tasks on time which is given by director
- conducting daily formal correspondence properly on behalf of Director
- recording MOMs and deliver it to all parties
- Screening phone calls, enquirers and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
- 5 working days 09:00-18:00, Saturday is half day work
