Contracts Manager

Responsibilities:

 Drafting and negotiation of a variety of international contracts
 Review of agreements and evaluates documentation to identify problematic provisions and determine if the minimum requirements are met
 Identifies contractual issues, develop solutions
 Reviewing agreements for consistency with laws, government regulations, economic conditions, and company policies
 Identifies contractual issues, develop solutions
 Performs other duties as assigned or required

Requirements:

 5-8 years of experience in the required field
 Excellent knowledge of local and international law (commercial, construction, etc.) and international arbitration
 Excellent knowledge of English and Azerbaijani languages;
