Job description:

- Be responsible for managing & overall supervision of ongoing and low current system.
- Perform value engineering and cost control to keep project within budget.
- Provide technical support to the Construction dep and make presentations to the client/consultant.
- Assist in the preparation of drawings, operation and maintenance manuals for each project
- Manage all cross functional technology components from project initiation to post implementation.
- Manage technology change through the lifecycle of the project.
- Manage technology team leads and their respective deliverables.
- Lead the project team through issues resolution as required.
- Provide concise and timely status reporting as required by senior management.
- Direct the project team, provide ongoing advice, guidance and mentoring.
- Manage client, vendor and technology relationships.
- Effectively interface with the various sub-contractors.
- Monitor and conduct post implementation reviews.
- Maintain proper coordination in all the site acitivies.
- Complete the project efficiently.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5-10 years experience in handling of projects related to Access controls/CCTV, Security Cameras, Intruder Alarm, Fire Alarm and other Low Current & Security Systems.
- Hands on experience with at least 5 manufacturers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Team player with proven track record of delivery in timely and cost effective manner.Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Proficient in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
- MS Office proficiency
- BS degree in Engineering, IT Technologies or similar
