LIFEGUARD

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lifeguards are responsible for delivering exceptional levels of hygiene and cleanliness in all aspects of the Pool operation in line Hotel brand standards, whilst delivering excellent five star client care. Responsible for performing pool set up and close down procedures and ensuring all guest amenities are replenished throughout the day. Courtesy to guests at all times offering assistance where required.
 
•         Providing warm, sincere and engaging service to our Guests
•         Set up and close down the pool as per the brand standards set down by Hotel, using relevant checklists.
•         Removal of dirty linen from the pool and sunbeds without disturbing the client experience, delivering it to the relevant housekeeping area.
•         Assist to all other members of staff at all times including reception support and service or cafee staff. 
 
Also bellow duties such as:
 
•         Supervising swimmers
•         Spotting hazards and preventing accidents
•         Giving advice on water safety
•         Controlling unruly behavior
•         Water rescue
•         First aid including CPR
•         Working in a safe manner and follow all health and safety regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience required
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written in  Azerbajani or Turkish is  required, English is an asset
• Strong interpersonal
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to focus attention on Guest needs
