Buyer (Samukh)

Agricultural company Agro Dairy LLC is looking for a Buyer (Samukh).

Job responsibilities:

- To execute procuremet operation which are based on requisitions.
- To clarify uncertainties in requisitions and purchase goods with different type of proposals.
- To  analyze specifications and prices, prepare a list of goods; getting the manufacturer's proposals for other alternative products and getting approval from the procurement coordinator.
- To organize purchasing of goods according to specification; controlling orders and speeding up the process.
- To compare the offered goods with the received goods and inform the suppliers of the defects.
- To provide and organize documentation of procurement.
- To prepare future procurement plans according to acquired data.

Requirements:

- University degree as related to this sphere
- Skills and knowledge of documentation
- Knowledge and practice of organizing and executing of procurement process at local markets.
- Knowledge of equipments’ productive capacity, its technical and constructive characteristic, the working regime and the rules of their operation
- Knowledge of using and storage rules
- Knowledge of rules and norms of labor protection, environmental protection and indusrial sanitation
- English and Russian are preferred
