We are looking for a Dealer Development Manager, who will improve the dealer distribution channel by developing consistent metrics, reports, analysis of comparative market data, and financial information, valuate and document issues and improvement opportunities.
It's necessary to communicate dealers’ performance in support and enforcement of the Dealer Sales/Maintenance Agreement.
Support assigned Sales Regions in the development of dealer performance improvement actions and business plans.
Position Purpose and Requirements
Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.
Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of analytics experience OR Master’s degree on Business Administration
