Position: Lawyer

Department Legal department

Responsible for:

1. Review sales, procurement contracts in English and Azeri version (if it is necessary).
2. Supporting negotiation with customer and subcontractor
3. Labor contracts review. 
4. Consultant to All department ensuring processes and procedures comply with local legislation (payment, bonuses, deduction, migration, HR outsourcing, customs clearance and other required processes).
5. Participate as company representative if required (in court issues, in government checking).
6. Corporate governance

Requirements:

- Azerbaijan citizenship
- Bachelor degree in Law (master degree as an advantage);
- At least 2 years of work experience as a Lawyer;
- At least 1 year of experience in the area of civil-judicial law or debt collection;
- Excellent knowledge of civil, civil-judicial, administrative responsibility, finance-credit and banking legislation;
- Fluency in English, Azeri  (good knowledge of Russian is desirable);
- Proficiency in PC usage (MS Office applications);
- Basic knowledge about international trade and sales rules
- Good sense of team work and cooperation
- Sharing international view
- Can work with initiative and perform under pressure
