Fitout Site Supervisor

INPROCON is a German Engineering Consultancy Company specialized in project steering, project management, contract management as well as in project evaluation / due diligence for international clients. INPROCON provides expert consulting and supports international construction and plant projects worldwide. In Azerbaijan INPROCON has been working since 2011.

We are looking for the project in Lenkaran a Fit-out Site Supervisor.

Work place: Lenkaran

Project duration: 1 year

Salary: high

Required skills and experince :

• Education in Civil Engineering or Architect preferable
• Knowledge of Azeri and English language
• Work experience at comparable positions

Key responsibilities and duties :

• Supervision of finishing and fit-out works on site;
• Supervision of installations of furniture;
• Ensuring that works are completed to the highest quality standard and in time
• Ensuring compliance with safety, health, quality and environmental regulations and procedures.
• Ability to manage and resolve problems as they arise.
• Reporting to the section manager Finishing Works and Project Manager
• Coordination with other disciplines and works
• Coordination and management of the contractors
