History
INPROCON, headquartered in Glonn near Munich, was founded in 2007. Since then INPROCON has progressively grown into a globally active consulting company. The founder, Dipl.-Ing. Michael Frick, served large corporations worldwide in the construction sector in executive roles for many years. The almost 100 employees who have joined since then are able to draw on a comparable wealth of international experience.
INPROCON recognized early on that the combination of international experience with local expertise is an essential key to the success of all stakeholders involved in a construction project. As a result, since 2010, the aim has been to establish regional subsidiaries, often together with local partners, in emerging markets. Moreover, since 2012, INPROCON has maintained a subsidiary that focuses on railway projects.
