Job Description Requirements:
— Law degree in Azerbaijani law (bachelor’s degree a must, master’s degree an advantage)
— Law degree from foreign university an advantage
— Solid academic knowledge in Azerbaijani law
— Work experience an advantage
— Profound knowledge of Azerbaijani and English language (including legal writing skills). Other foreign languages an advantage
— Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power Point programmes.
— Ability to analyse and navigate through legislative acts.
Job description:
— Performance of legal research in various areas of Azerbaijani law;
— Analysis of legislation and advising clients on various matters from Azerbaijani law standpoint;
— Preparation of letters/applications to state bodies/agencies;
— Preparation of e-mail notes regarding various legislative queries;
— Preparation of legislative updates/alerts;
— Dealing with state bodies/agencies, notaries.
— Performance of corporate registration and de-registration exercises;
