L'oreal Ukraine is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of BDM (business development manager).
As a BDM you will represent the L'Oréal   brand by sharing your skills and knowledge with a focus on building store partnership and maximizing the L'Oréal business in each of your stores.

With our extensive application experience and high performance products, we are able to create compelling and unique value propositions for our customers.

We are currently seeking a BDM (business development manager), which will be responsible for managing a set of assigned local distributor branches to drive new business opportunities, ensuring effective retention and fulfillment of existing business in a growth oriented, fast-paced environment.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Developing relations with existing clients and search for new.
• Providing monitoring of the market;
• Identifying new opportunities of sales increase within different channels, making proposals to clients and closure the deals;
• Maintaining effective long-term& stable business relationships with key decision makers
• Build the joint business plan with the account(s). Contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities.
• Build, accurately forecasts and achieve the account (s) results: turnover, market share, profit. Plan all growth drivers accordingly.
•  Achieve the sales quantitative and qualitative goals in Caucuses countries.
• Recruit, motivate and develop teams.
• Prepare and lead the Account (s) negotiations, escalating when relevant. Build the action plan to implement the Division and channel strategy. Ensure it execution and tracking down to store level and sell out. Suggest plan adaptation when needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive work experience in the fields of FMCG , Sales and Marketing with more than 3 years on a managerial position;
• Age 24-35
