The organization that has high reputation and experience in local transport and logistics is looking for an energetic and results-oriented Recruiting Senior Specialist to join its fast-paced, full life cycle recruitment team; supporting headquarters, field offices and proposal recruitment. This position is responsible for thorough execution of organization’s recruiting process for assigned searches, and requires an eye for detail, a passion for finding top talent, and an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
This position reports to the Head of Recruitment division.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
- Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.)
- Excellent language skills: both English and Russian
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
