Job Title: Training Development Specialist
Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Prepare course content for booked trainings
• Control the training packages and inform about updates
• Provide continuous improvement and development of training materials
• Support training admin team with technical questions
• Deliver trainings in HSE and other technical fields
• Provide required support & assistance during the preparation of tender package documents
• Provide required support during the application to international accreditations
Required Knowledge & Experience:
• Good command of Microsoft Office Programs - Excel, Word, Power Point
• Good command of reading and writing of English
• University diploma
• Previous experience in Training field
• Familiar with training requirements/best practices
Required Skills
• Internet research
• Prepare and deliver presentation
• Provide research on new trainings
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Time Management
• Strong Prioritisation and Organisation
• Ability to Multitask
