Electrical Inspector

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Conduct electrical inspection, testing and certification of:
o Portable Appliances testing (PAT),
o Detailed inspection of EX Equipment
o Functional checking/verification of electrical equipment such as welding machines, power units etc.
o IR Thermal inspection of electrical systems
o Testing of circuit breakers and trip testing
o  Ground Fault Performance Testing
• Prepare reports on electrical inspection results

Required Experience:

• Quality inspection, testing and reporting experience
• Working knowledge within an engineering environment
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the electrical engineering field

Skills, training or special knowledge:

• Good command of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and international standards
• Good command of reading and writing of English
• University diploma on technical profession
• CompEx certified
