Position: Project Manager for Telecommunication projects

Main Requirements:
1. Experience in Telecoms industry as a project manager
2. Proficient knowledge in English, both writing and speaking
3. To be preferred candidates with experience in BP Company projects and with contractors of BP
4. Management of telecommunications projects in BP sites
5. To have COMPEX certificate is an advantage
6. Must have proficient network, DWDM and IT knowledge
7. Must work in offshore.
8. Engineering support services in Sangachal Terminal
9. Perform coaching role for technicians with future identifying development needs
10. Advanced knowledge of Data and Control Networks infrastructures & technologies
11. To work on a range of digital and analogue systems used in emergency response and technologies employed to provide navigation, collision detection (Radar) and other safety-related roles
12. To provide engineering delivery and to ensure that emergency communications, and safety-related digital systems are operated and can be maintained in compliance with applicable STPs/ETPs, industry codes, regulations, and specifications
13. To carry out on all modifications to existing or newly installed telecommunications and safety-related digital systems, including establishment of initial test and inspection frequencies
14. To provide engineering support and oversight for the in-service inspections, system management, and testing program for telecommunications and safety-related digital systems
15. To confirm the equipment meets the Performance Standard and is fit for service
16. To maintain/update the register of all Safety Critical Equipment and Protective Systems relating to telecommunications and safety-related digital systems, and associated design documentation and operating procedures
17. Specify and supervise the design, installation and commissioning requirements, for new and replacement telecommunications and safety-related digital systems
18. To provide engineering support in development and technical endorsement of MOC proposals
Information on work
1. Telecommunication works will be done at Sangachal terminal and Oil Platforms of Caspian Sea
2. Corporative telephone number and catering will be meet by the company
3. Closely interact with Operational teams and become a main point of contact of any operations Telecoms issues on site
4. Prepare and submit to customer the reports for telecom equipment healthcare, maintenance activities, troubleshooting and resolution of faults
5. Attend project schedule, progress & operations meetings on site as required
