Position title:  Document Control Administrator 

Location: Garadagh district, Salyan highway 17

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Compiles and maintains technical documentation such as blueprints, drawings, change orders, and specifications.
• Examines documents to verify completeness and accuracy of data, and resolves discrepancies with document originators.
• Maintains computerized document control records management system and/or hardcopy documents to ensure compliance with all applicable and required standards including GMP (good manufacturing practice) and QSR (quality system regulation) requirements.
• Develops and maintains procedures and standards for maintaining documents and change control of documents, including document development, approval, production, distribution and amendment.
• Plans, directs and manages document and content management life cycles, and may work with either structured or unstructured metadata.
• Apply established procedures for daily reporting to ensure Quality Control of inspection records in a timely manner to accurately enter data for inspected and/or remanufactured equipment.
• Log, append, upload and/or electronically file all incoming third-party inspection documentation; generate receipts and other accountability documents/reports, as directed by the Document Control Coordinator.
• Generate standard reports and processes data entry and transmit data to appropriate organizations as directed by the Management.
• Electronically file and upload daily reports in accordance with established procedures including electronic documents and confidential company information into ETM, PTS Touchscreen, and Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Edit and perform quality assurance and quality control checks during the input of data from source documents.
• Ensure work areas are kept safe and clean following the internal procedures.    
• Working within a Workshop environment.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience

• Bachelor Degree - Technical
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (oil and gas field) with technical background (Mechanical, Engineering)
• Fluent English and Azerbaijani Language
• Strong communication skills
• Available to work to tight deadlines and 24/7 hour call
• Pro-active, “can do” attitude and able to work both independently and as part of a team
