 “166 Freight Carrying and Logistics” is looking for an experienced “Freight Forwading Specialist”

Responsibilities

Support for Brokers/Forwarders related to entry/release of imports or exports;
Complete audits of freight forwarder and customs broker invoice;
Support in securing import/export documents, preparation, and presentation as required;
Prepare and handle international shipping documents for importation and exportation of goods;
Successfully manage and execute international logistics operations from origin through final destination in our international supply chain procedures.
Support import container control process and communication to stakeholders;
Support/ prepare trade data and/or submit Export declarations;
Interaction with service providers such as carriers for air, ocean/land for the support of international transport lanes
Provide regular reports to management for reviews.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in the related field;
• Fluent English and Russian language
• Good knowledge of MS office.
