“Rixos Quba Azerbaijan Hotel” is looking for a Laundry Supervisor.

Department:  Housekeeping

Position:  Laundry Supervisor

Location: Quba, Azerbaijan

Job Functions :

•         To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Laundry Department.
•          Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
•         Strong knowledge of chemical items used throughout the department.
•         Strong knowledge on maintenance and repair of laundry machinery and equipment
•         Manage, train and develop the Laundry team
•         Control monthly stock levels and complete monthly stock takes, control stock losses to a minimum
•         Manage weekly stock ordering to ensure par levels are maintained
•         Manage customer service issues quickly and effectively
•         Carry out any other reasonable task set by the hotel’s management
 
Requirements:

•         Previous hotel experience
•         Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
•         Ability to work in moderately noisy work environment for long periods of time and
communicate effectively in this environment
•         Ability to work as part of a team
