• Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages is a must
• Experience in restaurant is highly required
• High level of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills

Main responsibilities:

We are looking for high professionals for Chef de Parties positions for the main kitchen, pastry and butchery. Kitchen team will also consist of Demi-chefs and commis.

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within the specific Standards of Paulaner Baku Restaurant
• Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working in the Kitchen Team
• Helping the Sous chef and Executive Chef to develop new dishes and menus in accordance with the standards
• Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
