HR/Migration Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Provide all required documentation of expats for Work and Residence Permit;
• Conducting orientation training for new employees and monitoring their adaptation process;
• Identifying training needs of employees and preparing training plans;
• Making relevant coordination between departments;
• Administer immigration process and prepare immigration filings;
• Preparing required Reports;
• Updating databases;
• Visa arrangements;
• General administrative duties;
• Coordination work with partner Companies.
Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree or Apprenticeship;
• 2 to 4+ Years’ Experience;
• Fluency in English;
• Knowledge of general HR practices required. Must be computer literate.
