Business Controller Expert

Duties:

• Coordination and preparation of consolidated plans and forecasts, participation in different projects while supporting with financial evaluation,
• Business case preparation and follow-up, operation efficiency improvement.
• Facilitation and coordination of Company’s Investment Forum activities (material, meetings, etc.)

Responsibilities:

 Ensuring credibility of Finance function by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
 Analysis of budget vs. actual differences, giving recommendations for improvement.
 Preparation of ad-hoc information requests for different stakeholders.
 Driving and coordinating business planning process, support in preparation of company Strategy.
 Analysis of Business Plan parts received from different departments, checking consistency, giving recommendations.
 Recommends how to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
 Financial evaluation and analysis of initiatives and projects within the company, support in business case preparation;
 Follow-up of initiatives by comparing and analyzing actual results vs. planned results;
 Advice company management and employees on the financial implications of business activities.
 Facilitating and coordinating  company Investment Committee activities for quality investment decision making process.

Requirements:

- Higher education
- 4 years in Audit and/or finance planning, forecasting area (Telecom experience is a plus)
- Language skills: Azerbaijani and English – excellent
- Advanced Microsoft Office Programs
- IFRS knowledge
