The hotel is affiliated with the Autograph Collection, Marriott's brand featuring an exclusive portfolio of upscale independent hotels and resorts. Boulevard Hotel offers 818 comfortable rooms and it will be the largest conference hotel in Azerbaijan. Boulevard Hotel Baku is managed by Absheron Hotel Group and is a part of Autograph Collection, Marriott’s brand featuring exclusive portfolio of upscale independent hotels and resorts.

Job Brief

Executive Chef is responsible for overall success of the daily kitchen operations, works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced. Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.

Areas of responsibility - 3 outlets, banquet halls and room service.
White City bar & lounge capacity 140 seats
Serving 220 persons per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper)

Green house kitchen restaurant capacity 273 seats
Serving mainly Breakfast of 600 till 1200 persons per day
Lunch for groups from 30 till 180 persons depends on requirements

Green house kitchen Terrace (working May - September) capacity 120 seats
Serving 190 persons on dinner from 19.00 till 02.00 per day

Black City capacity up to 120 seats
Mainly use for banquets 

Room Service – 24/7
Serving 50-130 guest rooms per day

Lobby Café
Preparing 8-40 sandwiches per day

Banquets in Neftchiler, Mukhtarov, Asadullayev, Nagiyev and Tagiyev ballrooms. 
Serving weddings, engagements and gala dinners for 150 – 700 persons depends or requirements

Key Functions

Ensure proper leading kitchen operations for property to meet high guest’s satisfaction
Ensure setting and maintaining goals for culinary function and activities
Ensure that culinary standards and responsibilities on place
Ensure exceptional customer service
Ensure managing and conducting of human resources activities

Requirements

• Azerbaijan citizenship
• Proper education background in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major;
• International experience in 5 Star Hotel is preferable
• Understanding of different international kitchens
• Creativity & Flexibility
• Excellent managerial and leadership skills
