Summary and Purpose of Role:
Quality control of fruits and vegetables on the regular basis. Perform HACCP facility coordination on a regular basis.
Job Role Responsibilities:
Food Quality Control
Quality control of fruits and vegetables on the regular basis.
Supervised SQF system development.
Controlling Enforced compliance with all testing and labeling requirements. Audits and information requests as required.
Ensured departmental budget compliance in all project implementations.
Dispose of products in accordance with approved hold & release programs.
Oversaw SQF participation at laboratory and manufacturing facilities.
Perform HACCP facility coordination on a regular basis.
Participation with investigating and resolving a variety of regulatory queries and issues.
Supervising third-party facility inspections and follow-up actions.
Assisted in leading food safety and quality training programs
