Position:  Structural Draftsman (Crescent Development Project) 

Responsibilities:

Produce technical drawings based on rough sketches, specifications, and calculations from engineers, surveyors and architect;
Draft and document structural components of a broad spectrum of projects;
Operate CAD systems to create multi-dimensional graphic views, flow charts, layouts and detailed working drawings to simulate and analyze potential design problems;
Preparing and archiving structural shop drawings;
Experienced in reinforced concrete and steel projects;
Preparing reports in Excel and Word format;
Understanding project details and assuring the compliance between shop drawings, design drawings and specifications. 
 
Requirements:

At least 4 years experience as a Structural Drafter;
Proficiency in CAD;
Fluency in English
Ability to work in multicultural environment;
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
