HR Specialist 

Job Role Responsibilities:
 
• Develop job descriptions.
• Participate in recruitment and interview of candidates, check references and perform background checks.
• Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on the website, reviewing resumes, and performing interviews
• Process transfers, promotions, terminations
• Assist in development of job evaluations and job analyses
• Interpreting union contracts
• Resolve grievances
• Prepare government reports as to remain in compliance
• Maintain the employee handbook with updated resolutions and other pertinent information,
• Organize and run orientation sessions.
• Review compensation and benefits packages.
• Assist with organization of training programs.
• Process clerical paperwork and maintaining databases.
• Attend job conferences.

Essential experience, skills & characteristics:

• University degree
• 5 years’ experience
• Age 27-35
• Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g.pay and benefits, recruitment, training and development).
• Knowledge of labor and employment law, organizational development and best practices.
• Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Very good knowledge of English, Azerbaijani and Russian languages
• Proficient in MS Office 

Supervisory Responsibility

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
