TP Engineering Baku Branch is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the vacant post of Turnaround Planner.
The successful candiate would have from five to ten years of hands-on experience in planning turnaround in refineries.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Education background Higher education, preferably Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent
Competencies Knowledge of Electronic Planning Management Systems; excellent communication skill; speaks and writes clearly and informatively; listens and gets clarification when necessary; strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Language skills Azeri(native)/ English(fluent)/ Russian(fluent)
Computer skills Microsoft Office 2013, Microsoft project.

Please note that it is a senior role and the incumbent will be responsible for:

• Developing, communicating, reviewing, organizing and refining a workable turnaround schedule;
• Preliminary planning of work volume and resources;
• Controlling and monitoring project progress;
• Establishing structural plan of the project in SAP PS;
• Preparation of reports;

Key requirements are:

• Technical Background (we are particularly interested in Azerbaijan State Oil Academy graduates);
• Ability to maintain strong communication between involved departments and contractors;
• Knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera ver.6;
• Knowledge of SAP PM/PS is preferable;
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian Languages (we run our projects in the Russian Federation, so Russian is a MUST), English is preferable.
