TP Engineering Baku Branch is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the vacant post of Sales Manager.

The successful candiate would have minimum 5 years of work experience in Sales Management (preferable in engineering area).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Education background Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business
Competencies Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing
Language skills Azeri(native)/ English(fluent)/ Russian(fluent)
Computer skills Microsoft Office 2013, Microsoft project.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job purpose

Sells products by implementing national sales plans; supervising regional sales managers.

Responsibilities

• Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
• Developing relationships with clients
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Identifying and reporting on busines  s opportunities in target markets
• Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
• Maximising new business development opportunities
• Increase the customers database
• Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team, set individual territory sales and commission targets and administer the commission plan.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
• Develop promotional ideas and material
• Attend trade meetings and industry conventions
• Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
