The Hose Integrity Coordinator(Male only)

The employee is required to consistently work to the highest industry standards to produce competent and efficient work to exceed the employers and customers’ expectations. The work can be carried out in the Company’s workshop, at the clients’ workplace, or in the field as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Company Integrity Management Plan, staying current with hose regulations, industry standards, integrity assessment methods and repair methods. Include the inspection scopes, procedures, programmers, the list of hose under a database form to be computerized and the inspection reporting forms.
Implement, update and evaluate on an ongoing basis’s Hydroserv’ s Integrity Management Plan , as well as standards, forms and procedures to support the IMP.
Assists with Development of Hose Integrity Management Plan.
Maintain Company hose Integrity Management Plan, staying current with hose regulations, industry standards, integrity assessment methods and repair methods. Including inspection scopes and Procedures 
Assisting in  providing engineering support in the evaluation of hose integrity assessment
Assist the HIM Manager with the Completion of the Integrity Management Plan annual performance reports.
Maintains and provides technical support and guidance on the HMS (Hose
Assists in the preparation of technical specifications for HIM Contracts.
Assume Contract administrator role for relevant contracts and coordinate hose inspections and remedial works. 
Assist in the preparation of budget plan for HIM activities and reports.
To be conversant with and adhere to the Company Core Values; Policies – including House

Assisting to complete work and records according to the appropriate procedures
Assisting to be aware of environmental issues associated with workshop procedures.
Assisting reports completed efficiently and accurately on return to workshop or on job completion.
To carry out all work to the internal standards.
To work as directed by HIM Manager. Other associated tasks may be delegated to
Assisting to  develop a systematic, comprehensive and integrated approach to proactively counter the threats to hose integrity.
Assisting in being responsible for providing engineering support in the evaluation of integrity assessment results to identify necessary remediation.
Assisting in the new construction hoses and due diligence to support Hose Integrity efforts.
Assisting in complete the Integrity Management Plan annual performance reports.
Assisting in maintains and provide technical support and guidance on the HIMS (Hose Integruty Management System) elements. Act as resource for corrosion mitigation, defect analysis, monitoring and inspection of pipelines
Assisting in the preparation of the technical specifications for Inspection Contracts.
Assume Contract administrator role for relevant contracts and coordinate hose inspections and remedial works.
Assist in preparation of budget plan for Pipeline activities and report progress and variances.
Assisting in the establishment call-out contracts/agreements for inspection, pigging, isolation, repair, marine spread, decommissioning and re-commissioning etc., as dictated by the repair scenarios.
Assisting in establish service agreement contract for procurement, storage and preservation of spares and intervention tools. Plans, organizes and directs regular inspection as per Company procedures.

Job Requirements

2 years’ experience

PREFFERED

BFPA certification in Hose Integrity Management or equivalent
