Role: Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities and secure new business
• Proactively promote all EnerMech Service Lines
• Ensure all Sales/BD activity adheres to company targets, systems, processes and procedures
• Ensure respective product line meets and exceeds its budgeted revenue and profit targets
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and ensure that the CRM system is kept updated and active at all times
• Be a leading contributor to the product line business development strategy and the introduction of new technologies and /or alliances
• Ensure that account plans are in place for all nominated key customers and / or key pursuits
• Meet the Visit and CRM requirements as agreed with General/Country Manager
• Act as Key account / Pursuit manager for nominated customers
• Provide customer feedback (FPAL) and competitor intelligence
• Provide leadership by example in all safety and environmental aspects
• Support the integrated management system and business policies
• Responsible for the upkeep of the Business Forecasting Tool

Although the position is home based in Azerbaijan, regular travel to EnerMech bases, client sites and short term overseas visits and travel will be necessary

Requirements for the position:

Essential:

• High technical school education
• Robust knowledge of local market and client base
• Financial/Commercial understanding
• Knowledge of the EnerMech business activities and respective product lines
• Strong internal and external communication skills
• Excellent English, Azeri and Russian language skills

Preferred:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in BD/Sales role within market sector
• Strong organization and coordination skills
• MBA degree
